A switchable 20 dB attenuation pad allows you to use this microphone with loud instruments, doing so with a favorable signal-to-noise ratio. A low-cut filter at 80 Hz helps filter out rumble and other unwanted bass issues. Thus, you can use the sE8 in both close and distant miking scenarios.

An all-metal chassis provides a robust, roadworthy construction, while gold-plated XLR terminations ensure security in the connecting process. A mic clip and a windscreen are included.
