The Audio-Technica System 20 PRO pushes 2.4 GHz digital wireless microphone technology to new levels of performance, flexibility, and ease of use. Designed as a self-managing, plug-and-play system, it supports up to 20 simultaneous channels while delivering consistent, high-quality audio in virtually any installation environment. By removing the need for frequency coordination, intermodulation calculations, and external antenna cabling, the system allows rapid deployment with minimal setup complexity.

At the center of the system is the ATW-R1440 receiver, which can support up to four transmitters per channel for flexible multi-user operation. Receivers can remain docked in a half-rack chassis or be mounted remotely up to 328 ft (100 m) away using Ethernet cable, enabling clean installations across large venues or distributed setups. Up to five chassis can be linked via the included RJ12 cable, allowing stable multichannel operation with as many as 20 channels simultaneously.

The system provides selectable operating modes to suit different requirements. Standard mode supports up to 10 channels with minimal latency, while HD mode enables up to 20 channels for larger deployments. Configuration, monitoring, and control are streamlined using Audio-Technica’s Wireless Manager software, capable of managing multiple UHF, 2.4 GHz, and DECT wireless systems from a single interface.

Built-in AES128 encryption ensures secure wireless transmission, while transmitters arrive pre-paired and ready for immediate use with all-day battery operation. OLED displays, auto-lock protection, and flexible output options make the System 20 PRO ideal for corporate AV, education, live production, houses of worship, and installed sound applications.
