Blackmagic SmartView Duo 2 features two large independent 8-inch LCD screens in a compact rack-mount design, supporting SD, HD and 3G-SDI video standards.

Designed for post production, broadcast and live event monitoring, SmartView Duo 2 allows you to install professional SDI monitoring anywhere you need — in control rooms, broadcast trucks, flyaway kits, and on set.

Each display operates independently, making it ideal for building multi-screen video walls when working with live production switchers. You can mix and match SmartView models in a rack for a customized monitoring solution.

SmartView Duo 2 delivers accurate color reproduction thanks to its fully digital design and high-quality SDI inputs, ensuring consistent image quality across multiple displays.

With built-in ethernet connectivity, all monitors can be adjusted remotely from a single computer using the SmartView software utility for Mac and Windows. You can copy settings between monitors and easily identify individual units in large installations.

The ultra-thin and lightweight design allows multiple units to be mounted side by side, creating a clean, professional monitor wall. If mounted at the top or bottom of a rack, the unit can be rotated upside down and the image will automatically flip for optimal viewing.

SmartView Duo 2 automatically detects and switches between SD, HD and 3G-SDI formats in less than a second, including advanced 1080p and 2K over 3G-SDI standards.
