Description
The Dynacord IX60:8 is a high-performance 8-channel networked DSP power amplifier delivering up to 6 kW of total output power, engineered for demanding professional audio installations. Designed to drive both high-impedance (70/100 V) and low-impedance loads, it provides exceptional flexibility for large venues such as stadiums, houses of worship, performing arts centers and hospitality environments.
Equipped with Dynacord’s advanced powerTANK technology, the IX60:8 intelligently distributes power across channels to maximize efficiency and performance based on system requirements. The amplifier integrates eight Dante inputs and outputs along with eight mic/line inputs that can function as Dante break-in points, making it ideal for complex networked audio systems.
The onboard 96 kHz DSP engine features a fully equipped 16 × 16 matrix mixer, FIR filtering, EQ, dynamics processing and Dynacord FX. The integrated MXE-style TaskEngine enables advanced automation, scheduling, system logic and third-party control integration, allowing the amplifier to function as a central control hub for sophisticated installations.
Dynacord’s ecoRAIL technology significantly reduces energy consumption while maintaining optimal audio performance. Additionally, ghostPOWER via PoE keeps the DSP, Dante networking and mic/line inputs operational even when mains power is unavailable, ensuring continuous system monitoring and control.
Fully compatible with Dynacord’s SONICUE Sound System Software, the IX60:8 can serve as a SONICUE control server and integrates seamlessly with wall panels, touch panels and mobile devices for remote operation. With its powerful performance, advanced networking and intelligent system management capabilities, the IX60:8 is an ideal solution for modern large-scale audio installations.
