Description

The PreSonus Quantum HD 8 is a high-performance 26-in / 30-out, 32-bit / 192 kHz audio interface designed for project studios and full-band recording environments. Built on over 30 years of PreSonus innovation, the Quantum HD 8 delivers pristine audio quality, ultra-low latency performance and professional flexibility for modern music production workflows.

At the heart of the Quantum HD 8 are eight newly redesigned MAX-HD mic preamps featuring digitally controlled analog circuitry and up to +75 dB of gain, making them ideal for dynamic, ribbon and condenser microphones alike. Guitarists and bassists benefit from front-facing instrument inputs co-developed with Fender® engineers, optimized specifically for authentic tone and feel.

An intuitive Auto Gain function automatically sets recording-ready levels for microphones and instruments, while the illuminated push encoder allows precise control over gain and output levels. Bright, responsive LED metering provides clear visual feedback, perfect for self-produced artists and engineers.

The Quantum HD 8 also includes two dedicated re-amp outputs, enabling you to send audio from your DAW back to guitar or bass amplifiers for creative tone shaping and experimentation with amps, pedals and mic placements.

Custom low-latency drivers and low-noise converters ensure high-performance signal flow, while the Universal Control App provides full system control and metering from desktop, tablet or mobile devices. A perpetual license for Fender® Studio Pro recording software is included, giving you professional tools to start creating immediately.
