Shure GLXD+FMZ4/LC-A Dual Band Frequency Manager

The Shure GLXD+FM Dual Band Frequency Manager is designed to optimise RF performance in multi-channel GLX-D+ wireless systems. It intelligently coordinates up to six GLXD4R+ rack receivers to deliver stable, interference-resistant operation in demanding professional environments.

Using automatic dual-band frequency management across the 2.4 GHz and 5.8 GHz bands, the GLXD+FM continuously monitors the RF spectrum, selects the best available channels, and dynamically adjusts frequencies to avoid interference without disrupting audio.

A single GLXD+FM can manage up to six GLXD4R+ receivers via RF ports using traditional antenna distribution. For larger systems, up to three Frequency Managers can be daisy-chained to support as many as 16 receivers in total.

In typical environments, the system can support up to 11 simultaneous wireless channels, and up to 16 channels under optimal conditions, making it ideal for touring, broadcast, theatre, corporate events, and large venues.

The GLXD+FM also simplifies power distribution by supplying power directly to linked GLXD4R+ receivers, reducing the need for additional power strips or outlets in rack installations.
