The Audio-Technica ESW-T4101/BP898cH Wireless Beltpack Transmitter System combines the compact ESW-T4101 body-pack transmitter with the BP898cH subminiature cardioid lavalier microphone to deliver professional-grade wireless audio for conferencing, broadcast, worship, theater, and live performance applications.
Built on Audio-Technica’s Engineered Sound® Wireless platform, this DECT-based system eliminates many traditional wireless challenges such as frequency coordination, antenna management, and channel limitations. The system is designed for effortless deployment — simply remove the transmitter from the charging station and it is ready for immediate use.
The ESW-T4101 beltpack transmitter provides reliable, secure wireless operation with AES256 encryption, making it suitable for environments requiring confidential communications. Fully charged batteries support all-day operation, ideal for continuous use in corporate presentations, education, and event production.
Installation is streamlined through PoE-powered receivers and Dante audio networking (receiver sold separately), allowing power and audio to be transmitted over a single Cat 5e cable. This reduces wiring complexity and simplifies integration into modern AV systems.
The included BP898cH lavalier microphone features a cardioid pickup pattern for focused voice capture and excellent rejection of background noise. Its subminiature 5.3 mm capsule allows discreet placement for on-camera talent, presenters, and performers while maintaining clear, natural sound reproduction.
A permanently attached 55-inch cable with locking 4-pin cH-style connector ensures secure connection to the transmitter. The rugged urethane elastomer cable resists abrasion, moisture, and demanding conditions, making it suitable for theater, film, broadcast, and corporate environments.
