The ESW-T4106 wireless conference boundary microphone features selectable omnidirectional and cardioid polar patterns, allowing users to adapt coverage based on room size and seating layout. Omnidirectional mode captures sound from all directions for collaborative meetings, while cardioid mode focuses on sound from the front to reduce background noise and improve speech clarity.

A touch-sensitive talk switch on the wireless boundary microphone transmitter supports multiple operation modes, including toggle mute on/off, touch-to-talk, and touch-to-mute. Two RGB LED indicators, one on the rear and one surrounding the switch, clearly display microphone status and can be set to seven different colors or turned off for discreet installations.
