Teranex Mini HDMI to Optical 12G

The Teranex Mini HDMI to Optical 12G converts HDMI video and embedded audio to professional 12G-SDI and optional SMPTE optical fiber, allowing long-distance transmission over 3G, 6G or 12G fiber links.

It supports Ultra HD up to 2160p60, includes an up-converter for viewing SD and HD sources on 4K displays, and provides professional XLR audio connections for high-quality analog or digital audio workflows.

An optional SFP module (sold separately) allows you to choose the exact 3G, 6G or 12G optical format that matches your system. The unit can also be remotely managed via Ethernet and expanded with an optional Smart Panel for front-panel LCD monitoring and push-button control.
