The Electro-Voice ZLX-8 G2 is the most compact model in the next-generation ZLX G2 passive loudspeaker series, delivering professional EV sound quality in a lightweight, highly portable enclosure. Designed for performers, mobile DJs, presenters and small venue installations, it offers impressive output, clarity and reliability while remaining easy to transport and deploy.
Building on the success of the original ZLX series — one of the most widely used portable PA speaker lines worldwide — the ZLX G2 introduces improved acoustic performance, durability and ergonomics. Despite its small footprint, the ZLX-8 G2 produces powerful full-range sound suitable for speech, music playback and live reinforcement in compact spaces.
The high-efficiency woofer and compression driver are coupled to Electro-Voice’s patented SST (Signal Synchronized Transducers) waveguide. This design optimizes time alignment and acoustic performance, delivering extended low-frequency response and consistent coverage across the entire frequency spectrum while keeping the cabinet compact.
