Description

Electro-Voice ZLX-8P G2 is a compact active PA loudspeaker that delivers professional Electro-Voice sound quality in a lightweight, portable design. Building on the global success of the original ZLX series, the second-generation model offers higher output, extended frequency response, improved durability, and enhanced connectivity—making it an ideal solution for mobile performers, DJs, presenters, and small venues.

Powered by a high-efficiency 1000 W Class-D amplifier module “Powered by Dynacord,” the ZLX-8P G2 integrates a four-channel digital mixer with three inputs, including two XLR/TRS combo jacks with 24 V phantom power and Hi-Z compatibility. Professional processing tools such as automatic feedback suppression (AFS), compression, ducking, delay, and built-in effects provide versatile sound control without external equipment.

The loudspeaker offers five optimized system modes—Music, Live, Speech, Club, and FRFR (Full Range, Flat Response). The FRFR mode delivers neutral frequency response, making it ideal for modeling processors and guitar cabinet simulators. Additional DSP features include subwoofer presets for gain and time alignment, as well as selectable high-pass filters for system integration.

Wireless control is available via the Electro-Voice QuickSmart Mobile app, allowing remote monitoring, pairing, and grouping of up to six compatible speakers. Bluetooth® true wireless stereo streaming enables cable-free stereo operation between two ZLX G2 units. A large full-color LCD with single-knob encoder provides fast local configuration, making professional sound easy to achieve in any environment.
