Genelec 4010A — Installation Active Loudspeaker
The Genelec 4010A is a compact yet powerful active installation speaker that delivers the same clarity, precision, and reliability as the larger 4000 series monitors — but in a much smaller footprint. Designed for demanding professional environments, it provides accurate sound reproduction for studios, broadcast facilities, corporate spaces, and fixed installations.
Built in Finland using certified sustainable methods, the 4010A features a die-cast recycled aluminium enclosure that improves durability while minimizing unwanted reflections. Combined with Genelec’s Directivity Control Waveguide (DCW™) and Minimum Diffraction Enclosure (MDE™) technologies, the speaker ensures consistent coverage and highly intelligible sound even in acoustically challenging rooms.
As an active loudspeaker, the 4010A integrates Class D amplifiers, crossover filters, and protection circuitry inside the cabinet — eliminating the need for external amplifiers. With Intelligent Signal Sensing (ISS™) and room compensation controls, the speaker adapts efficiently to different listening environments while maintaining excellent performance.
