The Genelec 4420A brings Smart IP power and flexibility into an ultra-compact installation speaker, delivering clarity, intelligibility, and uniform coverage even in tight spaces. Designed for modern commercial installations, it combines class-leading Genelec sound with single-cable convenience via Power over Ethernet (PoE+/PoE).
With Audio-over-IP (AoIP) support, the 4420A is compatible with Dante and open streaming standards such as AES67. It delivers strong output in a small footprint, reaching up to 100 dB short-term SPL with low frequency extension down to 55 Hz, making it ideal for compact zones that still demand premium audio performance.
As part of the Smart IP family, the 4420A integrates with Genelec Smart IP Manager software for large-scale configuration and management of rooms, zones, speakers, and channels. Installers benefit from device discovery, room EQ tools, system organisation, and status monitoring. For daily operation, a public API command set supports integration into automation and control systems.
