The JBL Control 5™ is a high-performance, wide-range control monitor loudspeaker designed to serve as a primary sound source in a variety of professional environments. With strong output, clear detail, and durable construction, it is well-suited for monitoring, AV playback, and installed applications that require reliable full-range performance.
Featuring a 6.5” low-frequency driver and a 1” pure titanium dome tweeter, the Control 5 delivers balanced sound with strong midrange intelligibility and extended high-frequency response. With 175W power capacity and an integral protection circuit network, it provides dependable operation even in demanding use.
The molded polypropylene enclosure includes a shielded magnet structure and rear accessory attachment points for flexible mounting options. Available in black or white finishes, the Control 5 fits neatly into professional spaces where both performance and aesthetics matter.
