The Zoom H1 XLR is a compact, creator-first 2-track portable recorder built for capturing clean audio anywhere — from video shoots and interviews to direct feeds from mixers and quick song ideas. With 32-bit float recording and dual A/D converters, it delivers clip-free results with no need to set input gain, making it ideal for fast-paced recording situations.

Designed for real-world production, the H1 XLR features two locking XLR/TRS combo inputs with individual MIC/LINE level select switches, plus a stereo 3.5mm mic/line input for flexible source connection. Monitoring and playback are simple with a 3.5mm phone/line output and dedicated volume control, while a built-in speaker provides quick reference playback and supports Voice Guidance accessibility.

An OLED display shows a real-time waveform for confidence while recording, and the built-in mixer lets you adjust each track’s input level. The H1 XLR also doubles as a USB-C audio interface for PC, Mac, iOS, and Android, and you can record to microSD while interfacing at the same time. Power it with 2x AA batteries or USB-C bus power for portable sessions.
