The Zoom PodTrak P4next is a powerful yet ultra-portable 12-in / 2-out podcast recorder designed to make professional podcast production simple, flexible, and accessible anywhere. With four XLR microphone inputs, AI-powered processing, multitrack recording, and built-in sound pads, the P4next delivers broadcast-ready sound with minimal setup.

Equipped with AI Noise Reduction, the P4next intelligently learns and removes unwanted background noise such as hum, buzz, or street ambience while keeping voices natural and detailed. The Tone feature enhances clarity and warmth with EQ and de-essing, while the built-in compressor keeps levels balanced by smoothing out sudden peaks from laughter, shouting, or whispering.

The four XLR inputs provide up to +70 dB of gain and support +48V phantom power, making the P4next compatible with both dynamic and condenser microphones. Remote guests can join via USB, optional Bluetooth (with the BTA-2 adapter), or the TRRS smartphone input. Built-in mix-minus automatically eliminates echo and feedback during remote conversations.

Each participant benefits from independent monitoring with four headphone outputs featuring individual volume controls. Recordings are captured at 48 kHz / 24-bit and saved as a ready-to-publish stereo mix along with isolated tracks for detailed post-production editing.

Compact and travel-ready, the P4next runs on two AA batteries or USB power, making it ideal for mobile recording. It also functions as a 12-in / 2-out USB audio interface via USB-C for streaming or recording directly to PC, Mac, iOS, or Android devices.
